The 2014-15 school year is off to a great start! It is hard to believe that we are already done with our first month of school. During the first few days of school, I was able to visit every school in the Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD). Great things are going on in our classrooms – thank you all for a positive start to the new school year. Additionally, members of my Leadership Team visited campuses to help ensure an excellent beginning. It is great to see everyone working together on behalf of students. See the September Letter.
The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) has released its new A-F Achievement Profiles for the 2013-14 school year. Nineteen schools received the highest grade of A, seven schools received B, three schools received C and one school received a D. See Grades
